Method 1 - Prepayment with Credit Card (suggested)

• Credit Card payments made through our online portal are settled in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa or MasterCard.
• Online payments are possible at any point leading up to your cruise through your Customer Area. We do not charge credit card fees!
• Prepayments are fully refundable up to 72 hours before your group excursion and up to 1 month before your private excursion*
  *Exception: SAPSAN Train tickets to Moscow are not refundable once purchased.
• We can accept multiple credit card payments from multiple people in your party. Click here for more info.
• If you are not booked with us in St. Petersburg, this is the only available payment method.

Method 2 - Credit card on-site in St. Petersburg

• Credit card payments made on-site in St. Petersburg are settled in American Dollars (USD). We can accept Visa or MasterCard upon arrival in St. Petersburg.
• Your remaining balance is to be paid in St. Petersburg, even if it is not your first port with us.
• We do not charge credit card fees, but your bank might.
• Especially on busy days, on-site payment collection can be time-consuming. Our suggestion is to pay with Method 1. 
• On-site credit card payment is only available in St. Petersburg, not elsewhere.

Whether you prepay in full or select to pay later, you may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the tour with no charge. If you cancel between 72h-24h before the tour, the deposit will be withheld. Cancellations made with less than 24h notice or no-shows are not entitled to a refund.
