NOTE! Cruise ship passengers don’t require a visa if they book a tour with us!
As a rule, foreign visitors require a visa while travelling in Russia. The exception is made only for those tourists who come with a cruise ship and stay in St.Petersburg not longer than 72 hours. We'll provide you with a blanket visa (tour ticket). This service is included in the tour price. This way you save about $80-150!
Tourists coming NOT with a cruise ship please apply for a visa-support: mail@spb-tours.com
Please note: Every e-mail is very important to us! We guarantee a response to any inquiry within one business day. If you do not receive a response from us within one business day please let us know or check your junk mail folder.
NOTE! What if the cruise line warns you that you can’t leave the ship unless you book a shore excursion with them?
We guarantee that you will be able to disembark in St. Petersburg in order to join an SPB-Tours excursion. Regardless of what misleading information the cruise line may povide, so long as all documentation is in order, all passangers will be allowed to enter Russia. The only required documentation is a valid passport, a photo copy of your passport, and a Tour Ticket – a proof of your participation in an escorted tour arranged by a licensed and authorized operator, which we will provide for you. You do not need to wait to leave the ship and the entire disembarkation process should only take 20-30 minutes – despite what the cruise line will lead you to believe.
We started a charity proiect in 2010 where $1 of your total tour cost will be donated to the Orphanage House No. 40 in St. Petersburg. You can read more information about this program here.
